Glebe Hall
A comfortable and pleasant village hall
Award-winning village hall
The building has been designed and built to a high standard, providing comfortable and pleasant accommodation for a wide variety of uses.
Built in 1992 of brick and flint, the award-winning Winterbourne Glebe Hall echoes the traditional architecture of nearby villages.
Of particular note are the three round-topped opening doors which provide good natural lighting to the Main Hall. These tall westward-facing feature doors open outwards onto a paved area adjacent to the car park.
Located in a Wiltshire conservation area
Designed to blend into a very attractive area of the village, the Glebe Hall adjoins St Michael's Church and is surrounded by the open, grassed areas of the Glebe Lands and mature trees which all form part of a conservation area. It also has the benefit of being at the heart of the three villages that form The Winterbournes.
There is provision for approx 130 people. The Hall has wheelchair access to all areas and a Disabled Toilet. There is parking for up to 50 cars, with further parking available nearby.
Licensed for music, dancing, plays and films.
